Delivery time
The favorite gifts you ordered will be delivered within the delivery time stated in the product description after receipt of payment in our account or the payment methods Paypal / Paypal Plus / Paypal-plusinvoice / advance payment / Klarna / Apple Pay / American Express / mastercard / giropay in Germany by DHL or by maxi letter box. Abroad by maxi letter, maxi letter box, DHL or courier service.
If payment is made in advance, production or shipping will only take place after the full purchase price has been received in the account.
ATTENTION : Deliveries abroad may take longer. The standard delivery time is often extended by around 5-7 days. If you would like a faster delivery, please contact me. We will be happy to send the shipment by express if you wish. However, I will invoice you for the additional costs.
Shipping countries and shipping costs
Shipping costs within Germany are €5.95. Shipping costs for orders over 1kg are €7.95 and for orders over 10kg are €9.95. We will show you these prices after you have placed your order.
For orders over 80 €, shipping within Germany is free.
The shipping costs to Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary and Vatican City are €9.95 for a shipping weight up to 1kg, €12.95 for 1kg and over 10kg, €24.95.
Shipping to Switzerland, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Ireland, Canada, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine, United States of America, Belarus is calculated based on weight. For shipping weights under 1kg, the price is €16.95, up to 10kg, €19.95, and for shipping weights over 10kg, the shipping costs are €33.95.

Additional fees, duties, taxes
Due to the large packaging unit, we will charge a separate shipping fee for shipping the alpaca. Please contact us about this.

To use Paypal, you need a free Paypal account where you can store your bank or credit card details. Your Paypal account will be charged with the corresponding amount immediately after the order has been completed and you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We will send you an order confirmation and an invoice by email after completing the order. Once the amount has been received in our account, the goods will be manufactured or shipped. Please transfer the invoice amount within 5 working days.
